3 Stars is all I will give to the running of this Wells Fargo. The ATM is always broken down. The whole facility is so outdated . They finally got a new ATM inside, which is nice, when they are open. Sometimes I just want some cash, for tipping, and grandkids. Unbelievable, in this day and age. Tellers are friendly, and helpful. To them I would give 5 stars.
Aminah was very helpful in helping my parents resolve an issue with a different bank. She helped us figure and set everything up with no problems. Both Aminah and Sam were on it to help with no hesitation, both very thorough and thoughtful in what they do!
I turned my card off to prevent an incoming charge. But the charge still went through. What's the point of having that option?! I'm really screwed now
