Aminah was very helpful in helping my parents resolve an issue with a different bank. She helped us figure and set everything up with no problems. Both Aminah and Sam were on it to help with no hesitation, both very thorough and thoughtful in what they do!
I turned my card off to prevent an incoming charge. But the charge still went through. What's the point of having that option?! I'm really screwed now

I want to start by saying the employees are top notch here - very friendly and great customer service. Why the bad review? It’s just one of the most inconvenient branches to go to. They closed their drive thru - so while they might be ADA compliant, good luck getting up their ramp with crutches and all the way to the teller counter. That is a huge disappointment and neglects the needs of some customers. I get it’s potentially to have less employees working but also prevent fraud.
