Don't choose Well's Fargo this is the worst bank I have dealt with the customer service are uninformed and unknowledgeable about the processes of everything. These people cancelled more debit card without my consent on a charge that I knew was mine and representative and next level gave me the wrong date. And they did due another card. I ended up going in a local bank to find out a new card was never issued after I spoke with a claims representative 30 minutes before who said she issued a card. No help from customer service. Seems nobody can really do anything to help a customer. Called multiple times just get transferred.

Erica thank you so much for your patience and understanding and support you gave us when we needed help. I command you in your outstanding customer service you gave us. Please don’t stop grinding forward soon you will be a Branch Manager. With the kind of service you provide and you actually listen to your customers. Don’t doubt it. God Bless You Always.
The parking validations are only for 30 minutes so if you go longer the private lot will charge you an arm and a leg.
