No help from customer service. Seems nobody can really do anything to help a customer. Called multiple times just get transferred.

Erica thank you so much for your patience and understanding and support you gave us when we needed help. I command you in your outstanding customer service you gave us. Please don’t stop grinding forward soon you will be a Branch Manager. With the kind of service you provide and you actually listen to your customers. Don’t doubt it. God Bless You Always.
The parking validations are only for 30 minutes so if you go longer the private lot will charge you an arm and a leg.
Not only do they treat their customers like trash but their employees as well. It's a shame really. Banking with them is okay but not worth it.
