Today we met with Martin and had a great experience! He was very friendly and helped us easily get everything taken care of that we needed. Would absolutely come back.

Just know wells fargo will take your statement whenever it's at its lowest to charge you interest on your credit card. They do not do it on a specific day. It is intentional to charge you the most possible. I cannot stand wells fargo any more
We visited the Midtown Wells Fargo branch today to obtain paperwork and a notary service. Martin Davila was our Associate Personal Banker and he was fantastic! Martin was incredibly helpful, professional, patient and able to answer all our questions and provide excellent service in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this branch, Martin's service and will come back for all banking needs.
If I could give zero stars, I would. There were two ladies at the front desk—an older woman with glasses and a younger, heavier set, Hispanic woman—both extremely rude and noticeably lazy. I came in to cash two payroll checks issued by Wells Fargo. The older woman didn’t even bother to properly run the checks. She glanced at the amounts and immediately claimed she “had to call them in” for verification.
