Came here for a money order, line was short but wait time was a little long. However Frank, the manager waved my check fee for the wait time….top of the line customer service! Thanks Frank and Angie!
lol. I was going to write a review. And now I see it’s already having a low rating. So nothing to say. But still want to mention that these people are Racist…!!!! Too bad customers service , rude , anger, and useless. Also pls remember we also can understand the Spanish. So be careful when you say something about the Customer..!!!
I usually don’t have a problem going in here but when I tell you that I got “the treatment”. I got the treatment. I was explaining in detail about my inquiries at the bank to a teller and at the end of the conversation the teller said that she couldn’t hear me in an unfriendly, almost antagonistic, fashion. When I paused in disbelief, another staff member got up into my personal space, hopefully just trying to offer me help in a, presumably, distasteful manner. Drive through closed even though the lobby is open. C'mon, do better! Might as well close the location if y'all aren't gonna operate properly
