All of the staff are so exceptionally competent and friendly! It's such a pleasure to bank with them!!
Nothing personal, but what kind of bank that you have to make appointment to open account for my son. If you cannot walk in and open an account, might as well close it. BTW I have PMA account (at least 1/4 million in relation) status with Wellsfargo, I know it is not much but apparently that mean nothing. Isn't at least a manager on that branch that know how to open an account or she is not willing to do it? Do I have to dress in a suit to get service?
Insanely slow, teller had to call corporate about something and it took over half an hour to resolve. Absurd.
Always a pleasure attending this location! Staff is awesome, service is wonderful, Convenient location. Ashley, Caroline, Ben or Angel. Take your pick, any one of them will gladly take care of you with they utmost courtesy. They are always so welcoming and ready to assess all of your banking needs.. On the contrary, Felicia is very rude! She needs a better attitude.
