I had been anxious about opening up a credit card but went into WF to deposit cash and they were so understanding and set me up with a consultant right away! Lauren helped me through the entire process and was so patient with all of my questions! He was so supportive, helpful, and kind. I witnessed a shorter, heavier set woman give her card out to a guy that was on his way out and that had already been helped by another staff member. She told him to call her instead if something else went wrong which absolutely rubbed me the wrong way. It's disrespectful to try and take a client away from your coworker. I understand sales roles are tense but it's in bad taste to talk bad about someone else just to get the sale. "Call me instead" what a joke.
I leave a 1 star review because I was charged multiple times for one item at a store and when I talked to the bank about resolving the situation they said there was nothing they could do despite me providing evidence. Heavily considering switching banks considering the fact I am now down 140$ thanks to the incompetence of this bank.
