This bank will not cash a check for my husband even tho I have an account with them. This is not the first time Ive had a problem with them. I m changing banks and will NEVER recommend them to anyone for any reason. Its not that I didnt have the money it was with another bank.They didnt like it.
This bank has terrible customer service. We had a fraudulent auto loan taken out by a dishonest dealership. The paper work was all conflicting but Wells Fargo still approved it. It ended up costing us \$820/month. We were promised numerous times that it would be sent to the fraud department, that we would get calls back, paperwork sent, but nothing ever happened, other than their collection people harrassing us (calling literally 8 times/day) trying to collect from us when we were unable to keep up with the payments. They rob you and are very rude about it. I had 2 accounts with them: my personal one, and the joint one with my husband. We have been using Netflix for a few years now and Netflix always debited our monthly fee from our joint account. Well I changed our account information so that it would debit from my personal account a week before payment was due. This Wells Fargo is two blocks from my house and very convenient. The fees are changing and I am leaving. \$12.50 charge if you have overdraft from your savings. \$10.00 monthly fee just to have my checking account. Banks nickels and dimes everything to get your money. The inside personal are slow.
Everyone at the Branch @ Mockingbird Lane goes above and beyond whendealing with customers all Banks should take notice of there performance. I also want to thank the branch manager from the Irving location who was filling in at this location yesterday for all his help.Thank YouMarge
This location has some of the nicest people working there. I had had a very stressful day and was completely frazzled the first time I went there. They treated me with patience, kindness and respect...and have done the same every visit since.

Ditto! I called to inquire about some transactions and was eventually (after a whole lot of banter and no assistance!) to come in and see someone. I asked if I cold see the fellow I chatted with (or tried to!) on the phone and was told, "No....just see whomever is available"...Like I wasted all this time speaking with hi and he was too unconcerned to render some quality customer service?My \$23,000 deposit went to a Credit Union, where "everybody knows your name" and the service in far, far better than this joint!
I went to this bank to find out about refinancing. I spoke with a person who called himself the manager. His name was Robert Sanchez. This guy was the most incompetent person I have ever met. He kept talking to some woman on his cell phone about meeting her at a bar and couldnt wait to leave. He then tried to palm me off on someone else so I took my business elsewhere.
