Great bank overall and great employees as well. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for more than 35 years.
Very unhelpful vibe all around. The only notary leaves seal at home on a Thursday? Save time and go elsewhere.
Horrible customer service from branch manager. Told me was told that she does not have to let me withdraw my own money and asked me to leave.
Carolyn was amazing to work with! She made herself available immediately to work with an estate situation. On the other hand the bank manager was extremely rude and loud and not courteous at all.
