Had a really good experience at this branch thanks to Halliee Lambert an associate personal banker who was able to squeeze me in after Rodney the financial consultant cancelled our appt literally the day before. Hailliee was friendly, knowledgeable and very profesional. If it weren’t for her this would’ve been a negative review. The tellers at this branch were really nice too.
Wells Fargo proves yet again that the word "courtesy" is just something they use to cover the wall behind the teller station. Came here to get a SINGLE PAPER notarized, just one. Would have taken 5 minutes. They said they can't help me, I needed to make an appointment. They pay people to walk around with a cup of coffee in their hand just to tell people how they can't help them.
