The staff are very rude.
WF worst bank ever followed closely by PNC. Unresponsive, rude and unhelpful. update: the people are nice but the banks polices are terrible
Terrible customer service. They tell you to "wait for a banker" then you sit there for 20 minutes before getting back on line only to have the first person you originally talked to be "suddenly authorized" to handle the problem, while the person you were waiting 20 minutes for was apparently "booked solid all day" and never actually had any chance to meet you in the first place. You're basically swept under the carpet unless you're persistent in demanding that they do their jobs.
I went to Wells Fargo with a check from my insurance company for 24k. I wanted to cash it to deposit it in my bank to purchase a new car and they wouldn’t cash their own check. Yo mean to tell me that if 5 people came in with $5000.00 checks they wouldn’t have the funds on hand?
