My husband and I have been customers since moving back to Lincoln in 2014. Prior to that we were customers in Texas. We were very happy with managers, associates, information specialists and all other employees until the past few months. Walking into the branch you are not greeted and there is a huge negative atmosphere. Marcus Moore is an extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude employee. I don't understand how he was been a MANAGER at Wells Fargo for 8 years? This is who you promote? I was close to moving all my transactions to a different bank over a $25k deposit issue. I demand that something is done, and I am more than willing to discuss with corporate.
