Marcus Moore is an extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude employee. I don't understand how he was been a MANAGER at Wells Fargo for 8 years? This is who you promote? I was close to moving all my transactions to a different bank over a $25k deposit issue. I demand that something is done, and I am more than willing to discuss with corporate. Worst branch to open an account. Sat with my son to open an account , banker came took another client, NO greet at all. Like we are not here. NOT Professional at all. Maybe time to take my business some where else 🤔
I won't go to this location again. The bank teller Albina did not even bother to count out loud the money I take out of my account. Pointless she works there rather ho to the ATM
