Worst branch to open an account. Sat with my son to open an account , banker came took another client, NO greet at all. Like we are not here. NOT Professional at all. Maybe time to take my business some where else 🤔
I won't go to this location again. The bank teller Albina did not even bother to count out loud the money I take out of my account. Pointless she works there rather ho to the ATM
I usually went to this location to deposit my cash & check. Everything seems to be fine except the drive-through ATM lane so narrow for a full-size F150 pickup truck. Be careful with both of your rear views mirror's. Very bad design for the pillars/poles on both sides of this lane.
I drove 80 miles to WF to open a savings account, we have 2 current accounts with WF. I got there 40min prior to their closing and the banker refused to see me saying it would take an hour to open an account. She wouldn’t even come out of her office or off her cell phone, had the teller give us the message that she wouldn’t assist us. WHAT! No way! So took my large amount of cash in my purse and took it to Pinnacle. Terrible customer service, I’ve have WF for 20+ years but I will be rethinking this and never go to this branc... read more
