The banks building, parking lot and drive-thru are small, inaccessible, counter-intuitive and designed for a time long ago..
Follow up....3/12/25. The culture and atmosphere is changing and getting better... Front cashiers are nice and helpful. A much improved place from a year ago.....they're trying...... ---------------------------------------------- The worst experience in banking I've EVER had. People at the bank, customer service on the phone (some Asian country) have no clue what they are doing. Im so freaking irritated w this bank. The worst.
