Don’t use this bank unless you like giving away your hard earned money. With recent changes to the app, you can’t see what you need to do to avoid monthly fees. And of course, they change the requirements for that and you suddenly owe them $15. So glad I closed my accounts with them recently and moved on to less scummy banks.
Every time that I try to call they never answer. I have tried calling at many different times during their business hours on multiple occasions and there is no answer. I have never banked at a place who does not answer the phone.
