Customer service is pretty much non existent. I have used many other Wells Fargo banks and this one is the worst. They run out of money consistently or so they say. Takes forever to get anything done.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank. I came in for a simple notary form and was told the wait would be around 20 minutes. I let them know clearly that I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait long. Not only did they make me wait WAY longer than 20 minutes, but no one even bothered to update me or acknowledge that several people were ahead of me.
