Waiting 25 minutes in the commercial line is ridiculous. If the customer in that line cannot complete their transaction in 5 minutes they should go inside. Slowest Drive thru of any Wells Fargo on a regular basis.
This is supposed to be a huge bank. And I see a long que of customers waiting to get help. There are 5 booths and only 2 are occupied. Please hire employees or shut down your bank. But customer service is very good. People are very helpful there. 7/28/26 update. After years now seeing only one teller. And a manger or someone standing uselessly asking "how can i help you ".
Worse bank customer service I have ever encountered!!! When you have a someone with a business account and have a concern the least you could do is to ask them their concern privately! Literally interrogated at the door! I will be moving my business account and my husband’s!
I have been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo for many years, but I am currently facing challenges with the wire transfer limits. I reside in Pittsburgh, where unfortunately there is no local branch available to assist with increasing my wire transfer limit. The nearest branch is a four-hour drive away, which makes an in-person visit extremely difficult. I was told over the phone I could get the temporary checks. I get here on Saturday and I am told I can not. I drove round trip almost an hour and a half to waste time. This just adds to the list of reasons on why I started switching over my bank accounts elsewhere..
