New to this bank . The one star definitely stems from the customer side of things . Took me 2 hours to setup overdraft coverage on my account a couple of days ago . I walked 2 miles to make a purchase for my daughter (the entire reason I setup the overdraft .) it was declined . I called to ask why , and they simply said the purchase is at the banks discretion . Now according to customer service , there’s no policy , no faq, no guidelines whatsoever whether or not someone’s purchase goes through or not . That is a shady shady... read more
Dear Wells Fargo this location is the wrost in Minnesota thanks to Kris and the older lady manager with the glasses they should never work with people, I will be closing my account in one week
Tried closing my account here because random places were taking money out of my account making me overdraft and they take a percentage more everyday it’s overdrafted. I went in to close it they told me I couldn’t for 24 hours after a transaction because they obviously want to keep making me go negative and paying them more. Called Wells Fargo 800 number and they told me pretty much that this location lied to me and that they can close the account immediately stopping all payments. Ever have had issues here before. Until today when I called, the lady I spoke to, Tabitha, was flat out rude. Talked to me like I was a child…I’m a grown woman. Sorry I called about a discrepancy I’d never dealt with before so I didn’t know how to handle it or who to call first.
