Very nice staff. Fast and friendly!
My family has banked here for awhile and James the teller seems to have some bad days where he just gets extremely rude. Barb and Lisa and Leslie are amazing, but I always dread seeing James working the window you never know if you'll be yelled at or not.
Great customer service. Tellers know maybe customers by name.
New to this bank . The one star definitely stems from the customer side of things . Took me 2 hours to setup overdraft coverage on my account a couple of days ago . I walked 2 miles to make a purchase for my daughter (the entire reason I setup the overdraft .) it was declined . I called to ask why , and they simply said the purchase is at the banks discretion . Now according to customer service , there’s no policy , no faq, no guidelines whatsoever whether or not someone’s purchase goes through or not . That is a shady shady... read more
