Do not open a safe deposit box at this branch. The manager doesnt know what he's talking about and the banker who opened the box took 2 hours just to open the box. Then we found out a couple weeks later that the previous owner was never removed from the box so we had to cancel the box and move to a different bank to protect ourselves. Horrible service with people who don't know what they're doing. Do better Wells Fargo.
Do not go here. Do not waste your time here. Waited 30 minutes being the next person in line and I left after because I was not going to wait all day long. They only have 2 tellers every day on shift.
A giant bank corporation can’t make change for me unless I bank with them. What the hell is that..
Antonio, the branch manager this Saturday, is professional, friendly and really working hard to make sure everything is running smoothly. The teller, Maia( spelling?) was also awesome. Great customer service!
