Antonio, the branch manager this Saturday, is professional, friendly and really working hard to make sure everything is running smoothly. The teller, Maia( spelling?) was also awesome. Great customer service!

I had to wait 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment for a name change following marriage. They would not accept my LEGAL and official marriage certificate to prove this name change. I contacted the Register of Deeds of where my marriage certificate was from and they confirmed that this is a valid form to prove this name change and how records are kept in the state of Wisconsin. I had informed the staff of this during my appointment and they would not accept it.
