Rude! The lady's at the window are very rude!
This financial institution is great. I’ve been there since 2006!The bankers are nice and friendly and very hopeful.
Charging for bank statements past a year is crazy. I understand I can get them online but what is the point of a bank if not to provide physical copies and expedite the process. Nah, shouldn't have to complain to get proper service. Will instead move to a bank/credit union with better ethics.
"My recent visit to branch left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. Despite the long line of customers waiting, the bank had only one teller working. The wait time was excruciatingly long, and the lack of staffing made the experience unbearable. It's unacceptable for a bank to neglect customer service in such a manner. I urge the management to address this issue promptly, as no customer should have to endure such poor service. I will be taking my business elsewhere until improvements are made."
