This is the worse branch of WF ever they should just close it. In 2025 I shouldn’t have to even walk into a bank especially to just deposit a check. This place doesn’t care about the time or convenience for their customers which is evident by them closing the drive thru. When I asked one day about it they said “Management wanted to banking employees and customers to interact more” Huh? I don’t care about the employees or the bank. the new people at this branch are terrible. not friendly, rude especially the female teller and THE BRANCH MANAGER
I went to pay on my bill and one of the employee made it hard, she asks for my ID or she can not expect the payment. I ever heard that .
