The branch itself inside has been fine. Kinda understaffed but most banks are. My main complaint is the multi billion dollar company that cant fix the TWO outside atms to save their life . They have been broken for months. Likely longer then 6 months
Came in to open a new business account and was told right away they had no availability. Funny thing is that I could see a couple of bankers including the one that gave me the bad news without customers at the moment. Not sure how a company can grow without prioritizing new business. This bank is on its way to failure.
