UNFORTUNATELY I AM MODIFYING MY 5 STAR REVIEW TO 2 STARS 3/14/26 While I cannot speak highly enough of the local branch manager, Sommer—who was incredibly helpful and earned a 5-star experience during our two-hour meeting—the dispute and claims department has been a complete letdown. Since the branch at Flora was closed I’ve been going here . The staff are friendly. I always make an appointment if I need to speak with my personal banker Dan.

I was making a large deposit and doing business with an out of country buyer when the Manager implied that I was loitering. I had already told the Personal Banker that it would take time as paperwork needed to be filled out. There was no one else in the Lobby doing business at this time. I am a former Wells Fargo Employee. I have been with a bank called NorWest that Wells Fargo acquired since 1989. I have never been subject to this type of treatment before.
