Showed up today to cash a Wells Fargo check with two names on it, the two customers being present. The check was not cashed due to it, again, having two names and the teller mentioning that if there were to be issues she would not want this to fall back on her. She and other associate then pitched opening a Wells Fargo Account questioning my decision to bank with Capital One. Every time I visit this location there’s issues, never a notary, always “under staffed” long wait, careless staff.
Lupe doesn't seem very welcoming and doesn't align with Wells Fargo Bank's standards. It feels like she's being compelled to work.
Absolutely worst bank! they make you wait for half an hour and then they tell you need to make an appointment...no time for you today! these folks have no manners at all...
