Ive had a horrible experience with this branch. They were glad to open a safe deposit box for me 9 months ago. Now ive received a letter that my safe depsoit box is being closed and I have 30 days to collect my contents. They said they don't want to do business with me any longer and that their decision is final. My safe deposit box is at the Boot Ranch location. I brought my youngest son in last week to open his first checking and savings accounts. Grant helped me schedule our meeting the week before and made it easy, which I appreciate.
