They obviously value their own time but nobody else's. Set in there for 15 minutes waiting to make a simple withdrawal for my checking account they had one person working behind the counter and five others standing behind a desk talking to each other.
Terrible bank manager I believe his name is Mr. Dolittle and service is horrible. Don’t waste your time at this branch. Would give a zero if it were possible. Girl at the counter zero Personality
Walked in and was the only person in the entire bank. Didn’t get greeted until two minutes into me standing in front of the counter. Sales are more important than customer service to these workers here. Informed me I couldn’t get a new card after having me wait out the staff training. Just leaving the bank now and writing the review in the parking lot! Shouldn’t have taken more than 30 seconds took at least 5 minutes. Time is precious.
Any time I go there I'm always waiting between 30-40 minutes to make a deposit. The staff is kinda rude...
