WHAT THA?! – I am so sick and tired of going in this bank and getting harrassed to open an account. They harrass you worse than the cable guys in Walmart! And instead of just having the tellers to get your thumb print on the checks, you have to go over to a desk and WAIT, and in the meantime the line is getting longer. Take today for instance. I go in and as usual the line is long, I tell the AA woman who sits at the second desk to the left when you enter, that I need to put my thumb print on my check. All she had to do was ... read more
2 tellers at any given time – I dont understand why this branch of Wachovia NEVER has more than 2 tellers working. I have yet to use this branch and not wait 20 minutes to reach the teller. I use 5-7 different branchs around Atlanta and never wait more than 1-5 mins. This branch will have lines 30 deep waiting for a teller. Then on top of that, the tellers are beyond rude. Avoid at all cost if possible.
