Start with im new to the area. 20+ years with wells fargo however. Stopped to get cash to purschase automobile. Shared with teller what I needed entered card and pin# for access. She then proceeded to type and type and type. She kept stating its the computer and process after 10 min i asked what the problem was as it does not take this long ever. She stated its normal. Then another 5 minutes pass and she leaves for approval from manager. 5 more minutes i watch as teller and manager look at computer screen. Teller comes back ... read more

Honestly the worst bank branch so far, They have decided to manage my money by so call “protect me” as if I was a disable or elderly person who doesn't know what shes doing. Cant even withdraw my money or move my money around because they think Im gonna be scam? I explain what I needed to do and to whom and is my brother which I have a business with. After a call to the 800 number, and a visit to another branch, Halle was finally able to help resolve my issue. She is fantastic thank you so much! This branch seems so much friendlier and functional than the others.
