We have been making deposits for years at this branch for my employer and never needed to show my personal ID to make a deposit for the company. The manager wouldn’t take my bank deposit unless I gave my ID. This same manager has never asked me before for ID. I left the bank and proceeded to go online and Cancel my personal Wells Fargo account. Bad Customer Service.
Mr.Pedro with the glasses was such a HUGE help to me and my business account as a first time business owner he helped explain why WF was the right choice for my business account. 10/10 would recommend
HUGE inconvenience for business people who use the drive-thru 5x a week.. I waited 15 minutes in line just to make a deposit. Other people waiting in line was not happy about the drive-thru closed as well!!
