I came in and had a laundry list of things to take care of. The gentlemen here on a Friday morning took EXCELLENT care of me. Kudos are needed for both Omar and Indi. They WENT above and beyond for me to ensure I was taken care of in a timely manner. They helped me open a savings / make a large deposit. Annnd asses my business needs for my bank account and future business planning. I am grateful to them both beyond measure. See yall in April!
Absolutely horrible customer service. They act annoyed that I came into the bank. They were the best when they were on Pharr Road and now there's the absolute worst. I will never ever go back into the bank again. What happened to the great customer service that we received at your old branch. It wouldn't surprise me if this branch close soon, because no one goes there. You guys are absolutely horrible.

Terrible service. There was only one teller available, wasted my time going there during my 15 mins break. I was waiting there for my entire break just to not be taken care of.
