Been a long time (and satisfied) customer of the Broomfield 2 Garden Center Dr. location, where we normally conduct our personal and corporate business. But, was near the Summit Blvd. location and thought I'd drop in to set up an ATM pin for my 14 year old and the level of customer care was as if I was dealing with two teenagers who got stuck working the night shift at the local 7-11. Slow terrible service (especially if you have a complicated financial issue to solve) Bankers will give you business cards and when you call the numbers on them they won't answer, calls the call center when you make an appointment with the branch, makes you wait a long time between appointments, & the staff generally kinda rude to you.
Absolutely worthless only 2 slow tellers at 1pm during customer lunch hour when needed most to get in and out. Just talking and chatting worthless bank tellers not concerned about people in line.
