This bank managed to make me feel worse than any financial problem ever could. The way the staff looked at me — like I didn’t belong, like I wasn’t worth their time — was truly embarrassing. I’ve never walked into a place that made me feel so small and unwelcome. Instead of professionalism, I was met with judgment and attitude. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially in a place that’s supposed to help people. I walked out feeling insulted and deeply disappointed. I won’t forget how this place made me feel.
The branch managers Amber and Shayne and teller Larissa are involved in fraud. When a check didn’t show up on an account, they claimed that it was cashed but refused to show a receipt of cash being received and instead called the police on me and banned me from entering their branch because they don’t want to be questioned about the fraud going on in their branch.
Be careful! Don’t bank at this branch or WF in overall! Recently a check that was supposedly deposited to my account by a teller Larisa didn’t hit my account. When I came to the branch to find out what the issue was, I was told I cashed the check but I didn’t. The bank refuses to produce a receipt showing that I cashed it (which I didn’t) and threatens to call the police on me when I’m demanding for an investigation to take place and for proof to be provided. Branch managers sell and give out your personal information and account details. Edit: I have opened eight different cases on this issue spoke to six different branch managers have spent over 20 hours on the phone with you guys trying to figure out why you did what you did and it's been months now and I still have not gotten a straight answer.
