Asked to exchange foreign currency. Teller frowns and goes “Oooh that might be a bit difficult. Let me check if it’s a currency we accept.” Then she begrudgingly said she’ll take my currency. Then she found a tiny fraction of an inch rip in a small bill and went “oooh we can’t accept that”. I asked the teller to give me all my bills back, went to another Wells Fargo branch and got everything taken care of with excellent service. No wonder this branch has such a low rating.
Stop Using Banks. They are holding all of our money for free. they deserve a rug pull. Let's cash out people. They closed my account for nor apparent reason. I've been a client for the past 10 years with tons of inflow and stopped using the account for 2 months and came back to see it closed without any prior notification.
