Now we are 6 years passed and your bank just blames the customer for not making an appointment. There were 10 people in line and 1 teller. You are lack luster at your job providing service. If these people call you and tell you they are from Wells Fargo do NOT BELIEVE THEM. They Are FRAUDSTERS. If they call, hang up and contact WF on your own. They are just trying to STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!
