Hello everyone My debit card was left in the ATM when I went to the bank. The manager of this bank was really stupid. I lost all my documents. I had my Social Security card, temporary permit, driver's license, and expired passport with me. But the manager insisted that I show another ID besides these. She wouldn't accept my online banking with the Wells Fargo app, she was really stupid.
Worst branch and staff, shut it down already. Made us wait for 30 mins every time yet won’t meet with us after we slightly miss the appointment. Funny they still try to sell us the WF private client account. What a joke.
