HOW MANY WELLS BANKERS DOES IT TAKE TO HELP 1 CUSTOMER… Well I have been a wells customer for decades… but I’m pretty sure our relationship will end today due to not only poor customer service but a air of just rudeness from what I believed to be upper management. This is the second time I have been here in about two weeks. Both times there has only been one teller assisting a customer while there have been 3 - 4 people in line. There are other people in back but they aren't helping other customers despite the line and ridiculous wait. I'll be going to another branch next time.
Wanted to do an app/online transfer but was already on the limit. Went to the bank to request an increase, but due to corporate policy (absurd in the first place), I can't increase it until 60 days have passed. Stupid policy. Anyway, this review is for one of the bank's members, Jairo, who, after learning we can't do an increase, went both above and beyond to look for alternative ways I can transfer to/from another bank of mine under my name.
