I went into this branch due to a bank error and explained my situation to the banker. He relayed my information to Marisol the branch manager. She came out of her office and her first words to me were sry that she can't help me. I tried to explain the situation but she already made up her mind and would not listen. I was so disappointed by her carelessness that I asked for my deposit back and she agreed then I asked to close my account so I can go bank somewhere else and she had no problem with that. I don't appreciate having all my accounts reviewed; in order to get a check cashed. I have continuous deposits and well over a minimum amount. Also trying to look down on Me, speaking to me in Spanish, when I wasn't. As if I didn't Understand. I just needed a check cashed. Overall Bad Experience.
