I think Wells Fargo is a great bank with great services. Only two things I think that need much attention from them. First, their dealer services customer service is horrible. Would never get another loan from them ever just on the way I was treated so poorly. Second, their phone app for banking needs to show the balance after each transaction. These two problems have me thinking to go back to Chase.
