If you want to open a bank account, I recommend you not come to this place. Believe me, the service is bad, the manager doesn't even help you find any solution, they make you waste your time. The employees get carried away by what Mrs. Lopez says and treats the customers very badly, even though it's thanks to them that they have jobs. Open accounts in other banks, but don't come back to this one, and much less try to talk to the manager, Lopez, who is very rude.
Brandie Lopez, branch manager at 91st/Glendale, is very knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly identified and resolved two “missing” statements caused by WF bank. Brandie promptly called and explained the situation to my client’s Lender. Two thumbs up for her extraordinary efforts and professionalism.
