The teller didn’t want to open my foreign currency which is fine if she actually can’t but they only reason I asked was because the first time I was offered the option of opening it myself and the teller gave me scissors. If you want to open a bank account, I recommend you not come to this place. Believe me, the service is bad, the manager doesn't even help you find any solution, they make you waste your time. The employees get carried away by what Mrs. Lopez says and treats the customers very badly, even though it's thanks to them that they have jobs. Open accounts in other banks, but don't come back to this one, and much less try to talk to the manager, Lopez, who is very rude.
