It's a bank they're crooked and they only want your money but they'll smile while they're taking it.... The laws force you to have one though, so there I guess is good as almost any of the ones around lots of locations, which means they've cheated a lot of people and made a lot of success. In my humble opinion.
Went yesterday just to pick up some foreign currency. It was an incredibly long wait, mainly because NO ONE was working the desk area, and customers with questions or complicated situations were having to use the tellers to get answers (!) It is a very unprofessional situation, and although the tellers were doing the best they could, someone needs to be working the desk area for non-teller transactions!
