It was 1:30 when i got out of work. I looked at what time the bank closes on Saturday. It showed at 2. I got there at 1:44 and it was all closed up🫠🤦♀️ thanks...
Don't come here and use a Cash App card on their ATM, cause they don't care about you and will say it's a glitch in the ATM then walk away. Making you search on and on and on for an ATM. I don't have time. They won't even care to fix the supposed internet connection for it. I had to go to Circle K with no card only tap - they need physical card, Wells Fargo couldn't help move funds and finally I went to the Walgreens across the street to get money from my Cash App card. That was so lame.
This truly was the worst customer service experience i have had to date. I won't name names, i understand people have bad days. I will just say this, i have had far superior customer service going through a cavity search being booked into the county jail... Genuinely. Plan your stop accordingly. i did however receive a lollipop I.E. the single star review.
Day before holiday and only one teller...who does the schedule??
Called to get information on a high yield savings account. Spoke to a banker and she said “I can go online to see the options” and I said well do you know any? And she said not off the top of my head. LOL! Okay, so you can’t look it up? You’re the banker at the bank! Absolutely worthless and useless. I will be removing all of my money from Wells Fargo and putting it over to First Citizens Bank who was able to provide me (by looking it up) over the phone their current rates. Complete laziness.
