This truly was the worst customer service experience i have had to date. I won't name names, i understand people have bad days. I will just say this, i have had far superior customer service going through a cavity search being booked into the county jail... Genuinely. Plan your stop accordingly. i did however receive a lollipop I.E. the single star review.
Day before holiday and only one teller...who does the schedule??
Called to get information on a high yield savings account. Spoke to a banker and she said “I can go online to see the options” and I said well do you know any? And she said not off the top of my head. LOL! Okay, so you can’t look it up? You’re the banker at the bank! Absolutely worthless and useless. I will be removing all of my money from Wells Fargo and putting it over to First Citizens Bank who was able to provide me (by looking it up) over the phone their current rates. Complete laziness. This morning I stopped by the bank to wire money to another bank. I couldn't make a reservation, but the bank manager Mrs.Margot kindly helped me. In addition to bank wire work, they kindly helped me with other inquiries, so I was able to start my day in feel really good. Every time I stop by the Desert Ridge Wellsfargo branch, everyone is so friendly and I am always a satisfied customer sevice. Thank you again for the good service always and Thanks manager Mrs.Margot!!! :)
I arrived a few minutes before closing due to my work schedule. I rushed to the branch to address two issues with my credit card and bank account. Donna, the branch manager, "was helping me" repeatedly told me to "pick one issue" because I had only 7 minutes before they closed. She even mentioned the countdown multiple times, reminding me how little time I had left. Is this really the level of customer service you provide? I ended up walking away in frustration.
