If I could give this horrific branch a zero rating I would. I went in there to provide a legal power of attorney form to be able to assist my father who had a stroke with his finances. The personal banker flat out denied the document, even though I was told multiple times on the phone that I had to go into a branch to show them my forms. She didn’t even look at the document. Horrible front desk lady!!! I go in to ask about help with my auto loan. And she just kept asking me if I had a debit card. Then told me to call customer service.
