Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. From the teller not knowing how to make an appointment to the banker who was rude.. Left that establishment, headed to Chase a few blocks north. What a vast difference.
I went in for notary services and sat waiting over 30 minutes while the bankers laughed and socialized amongst themselves. No one asked if I was being helped or offered assistance. This is by far the worst branch I’ve ever visited. I’m glad the staff had time for each other, but not for the customers. UNPROFESSIONAL 0 stars if I could.
