Had a appointment 1/30/2026 with Carlos and Cheryl at 3:00pm today that was setup 4 weeks ago whent in the bank that had no appointment on their system again this branch drop the ball again for the past 6 months is the most incompetent branch I have ever been to the branch manager needs to be replaced iam going to find a different branch to go to vary disappointed costumer
ATM jammed after I deposited $200, called Wells Fargo and they made a “claim”. Never received my money. Will be closing my account.
Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. From the teller not knowing how to make an appointment to the banker who was rude.. Left that establishment, headed to Chase a few blocks north. What a vast difference.
