It was a very unsettling experience. Although I do not bank there. I wanted to make a simple exchange of bills, as I done before. There was a man who started to talk to the people in line. Asking why were they there, simple customer service. But then when he gets to me he’s like 2 inches away from my face, then just stops and stares at me. The worst branch ever!!! I made an appointment for my son to get his account opened for the first time, and they said we can’t help You, because we do not have a banker available or it’s going to take a while.. can’t believe making appointment and drive 18 miles for nothing!!!! Unprofessionals
I went to wells fargo county center branch. Sarwat wasim took great care and she is knowledgeable and kind. I am very satisfied with her service.
Welp been a long time customer i guess its time to look else where service inside this branch sucks at time always use the drive thru now suddenly they CLOSED THE DRIVE THRU NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO USE this bank has become worthless they have 10 spots outside that is always used for the restaurant the joining to them or you can park in the middle of the lot and walk a a good ways and when I got to make a deposit for the large summer cash for my business this is not comfortable not at all
The banker named Sarwat refused to help me change my company name account. No one besides me was in line. By 11:30, she was no longer assisting anyone, although the bank closes at 12 pm. On Sat. Next time, I will try another branch with better customer service.
