Went to this branch while visiting family in Houston. Rachel Klemin (banker) was very professional and courteous in verifying my identity & resolving my banking request. Once the paper work completed , it was handed off to Marcela(cashier) who competed the processing promptly and professionally. Bottomline, each person I interacted with showed they care about the customer. Definitely recommend!!
Awesome staff in this location everyone is very knowledgeable and professional . Rachel.Marie,Nereyda,Gorden and there is a new person I think just started don’t know her name I think her name is started from M but don’t want to spell it wrong they all are very professional and knowledgeable I always found this place very welcoming.Great staff working there
