Let me start off my saying that everyone in this branch is nice, provides good customer service and they care about you in general. A more "personal" experience than going to any other bank. Mrs. Iseed and Courtney (Branch Manager) are especially super people. I opened two accounts and deposited all of my money into Wells Fargo after initially not wanting to do so. We’ve had a lot of difficulty with identity, theft, and the banker, Madlain, at this branch was more than patient and helpful to get her account back up.
This branch of Wells Fargo is difficult to find, but very friendly and no lines.
Nice branch! Great service.
I went in to do a bank wire and they told me that nobody could help me so I had to try to do it myself and now my wire is delayed. How can a bank where I am a loyal customer not have somebody to help me with a wire??? I'd even pay the fee. Rediculous!
