Not very accommodating bank. Hours are terrible. Can't get an appointment and nobody cares! Was looking to open 2 new accounts for my kids. Was told I could do it online but you can't. Fifth Third down the street is much more helpful. Just waiting for my automatic payments to go though so I can move the rest of my money as well
Love the location! There is not one in Waxhaw so this is the closest branch. Staff are always friendly each time I come in.
Not an accommodating place, arrived at 5pm on the dot as the lady was locking the door. She looked at me and continued to lock the door. I understand it was closing but there was customers inside the bank. The man at the door continued to talk to me telling me to order a new card. It's the holiday weekend, no consideration was given.
