This place is useless. Can't make payments on your loan. Nobody is even there. And the next closest W.F. is in Riverton where it is constantly packed with waiting customers.
Sterling Young is the GOAT ! My wife and I came in last minute trying to get a document notarized for a trip so my step daughter could go out of country. Took a minute trying to figure out how to send the doc to an email. Sterling straight up typed out the document fresh. Thank you Sterling.
Not the employees fault but a useless bank. Waste of space. They can open accounts and there’s an atm they direct you how to use even tho you already know how but they can’t do anything else. It was a waste of time when I was already in a rush.

Definitely need to give a shout out to Josh !!! After years of trying to get a problem solved he actually took time when nobody else did and solved it in minutes! This location is the best branch all of the team members and the manager are top notch !! Josh should definitely be promoted !
