No drive up ATM, so the Bankers wait like sharks to pull up your account info on their iPad just as you swipe your card in the ATM and then try to talk you into some new account or make some comment about your account every single time. Extremely uncomfortable. Will just start driving out of my way if I need an ATM during business hours. Creepy way to engage your customers.

Not a real bank. It’s an ATM where they sell some financial products, but don’t take cash.
I was involved in a romance scam. My ex partner used my credit card unauthorized then made fraudulent payments. The branch manager said it wax too much paperwork for them to investigate. They closed my credit card without asking me any questions about what happened and basically told me it was too much paperwork to prove he did it.
