I had one of the most disappointing and upsetting customer service experiences of my life at the Dawsonville Wells Fargo branch. My interaction with the branch manager, Christie Parker, was shockingly unprofessional. From the moment I attempted to explain my issue, I felt dismissed and talked down to. Went into the bank to convert USD to TRY, and I arrived in Turkey to use my money, and then they tell me that this money doesn't even equal $1. It's ashame that you can't even trust your own bank!! What a rip off..

After 41 years of banking experience with 8 different institutions for both personal and business accounts, Wells Fargo has been by far the worst. The staff is consistently negligent and unreliable. Reaching anyone by phone is impossible, calls are never returned or even answered.
