This is the worst bank that I’ve ever done business with, they put crazy holds on checks with no explanation after 12 years of business with them. Last week they lost a $5000 check that I deposited and now I have to wait 10 Days for them to figure out where the check went. If you don’t care about your money or how fast you’re able to use it, then sign up for this awful bank.
The ruedest people I have ever seen in banking. Came in with my 78 year old mom to cash a check after she had shots for her vision and still wearing her light deflector lenses and the lady there insisted that my mom meet a salesperson there. I explained to her the situation and she kept insisting and gave me the FY look. I asked for her card and she refused to give me one but offered the sales banker card instead. The workers inside were so rude to me and my mother. When we walked in we wanted to deposit a check that I had gotten from work into my mom’s account. The lady at the reception table asked what her relationship was to me and I said my step mother. She gave both of us dirty looks and made it seem like we would not be able to cash the check. My mom made a comment saying that in the past it was easier to deposit checks and what not, just a light comment on the situation.
