They reported me for abuse to the department of aging and all their allegations were false and unfounded. I am on my parent’s account for a reason. Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service. Long waits.
ATM is ALWAYS HAVING ISSUES. Switching banks immediately come Monday. So ridiculous. Waste gas and time to go deposit money and their atm is always down. Terrible bank. Will no longer be banking with these folks.

My sister was a power of attorney on my mother's bank account and the local rep in The Newtown Square bank showed no empathy when we explained that she had passed away . it was a frustrating and stressful experience after just losing our mother. We are a large family of seven adult children and over 20 adult grandchildren. Accounts will be lost. Shame on you!
