Bad vibes from staff.
We usually just go here to use the atm but we needed help with someone and the two ladies that helped us were so sweet, patient and helpful. Had such a positive experience
Awful service, went in for a wire transfer and was immediately treated like I'm trying to swindle my own mother-in-law out of money. My wife even showed up to help remedy the situation and was still refused service. Unless you're there for the ATM would highly recommend the branch on Shoultes Rd.
Would not recommend this specific branch. Without even opening our account, they refused to help us complete a wire transfer. We went down the street to the Wells Fargo on State Street by Fred Meyer and they helped us without any issues.
