I opened a business checking account today with Ms. Norma and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. She was so kind, patient, and thorough and I felt like I was in such good hands! Thank you Ms. Norma and Wells Fargo!
if i could give negative stars i would. Extreme lack of customer service and empathy by the women working the front desk. The worst one seemed to be the manager of some kind. i hope management checks the cameras around 12 pm on 08/20/25 and sees how rude customers were treated. Will never come back to this WF.
I Made an appointment online for a notary. Norma was very kind and welcoming and even got us both water. I definitely recommend making appointments online!
After being a 27+ year customer, they disabled my debit card 2 weeks early without communication despite large account balance. Poor business ethics. They Fedex'd a new debit card to me and changed pin number, which they wouldn't share with me. Horrible 3 week experience until new pin finally available. Very disappointing and not customer oriented at all. One doesn't know a bank until unusual circumstances occur and you see how they conduct business. Unprofessional.
