I want to say thanks to Veronica & Norma! Veronica helped my husband and I. I am super grateful for her kindness, and amazing customer service informed us very well! Utterly grateful! Everytime I come to this location the people there are so rude. I have been a customer since 1998 and never gone to a wellsfargo where they are rude. Ana at drive thru was very rude. maybe u should do a training on customer service. Just moved here from another state and maybe it time for a new bank this location actually doesn't even deserves a 1 star

I made an appointment one day in advance over the phone for a commercial account at 11:30 and when I came in at my scheduled appointment time. A lady came up to me and asked if I was here to see Diane. I said Yes for a commercial account. She, not Diane told me that they are closing and I would have to reschedule because it takes an hour to make a commercial account.
