Waited 30 mins in the waiting area, and they come out to help the person that just walked through the door…even after asking did I need to sign in, was told someone would come out to help..
Update: Went in again. Bank teller just stands there and days nothing. Doesn't let me know what she needs to me to do next... nothing. Such an easy thing to do correctly. Just tell the customer what you need. Horrible customer service. Closes at noon on a Saturday... Just ridiculous

Poor poor Service do not recommend Wells Fargo nor Kingwood location eight people in line and only one teller always an issue. Waiting in line for 25 minutes to get to the teller ridiculous. I asked the agent Mrs . Rachel who was walking around, not working if she can assist the teller at the counter she said no. No, !! but then mrs . Rachel spends 15 minutes talking to customers in line !!!! That was very upsetting to me. This location is terrible. You can never get any assistance without an appointment and when you do make any appointment they don’t know what they are doing and can’t help
