I had to visit multiple times for a single account. They always missed something. Worst Customer Service. Never Recommend this.
Just in this Wells Fargo Express today. I am sorry I did not get the names of the two gentlemen working there. They were awesome. I needed a withdrawal of small bills and the atms inside are set up to dispense 1's and 5's. That's a great feature. Both employees were very kind and extremely helpful. Don't understand all the bad reviews. Thank you!!

I did not appreciate the customer service representative that was there while I was doing my transaction. I feel like they were aggressive and abrasive while I was using their ATM. I don’t like someone hovering over me as I put in my pin it’s uncomfortable.
