A young lady here told us our military ID did not suffice as a primary ID to create a joint checking account. I found this odd considering everything on the website shows Military IDs are in fact eligible. I called customer service and they confirmed that some bankers don’t like to input Military IDs into WF system. Her blatant lie and disregard for military due to her negligence and laziness is discriminatory of military members. Do better WF.
