Not a good experience. Started off well but they didn’t assist with the only thing I went there for, the new checking offer, waited for months, and when I contacted Wells Fargo, they say it was never applied. Went to the branch but they want me to wait for more than an hour or send me another branch. To fix their own mistake why do I need to be going through all this
The food here is terrible.
Best branch around! Cole is incredible! He helps me every time. He’s so friendly yet so professional. I came in with my 4 month old and he took care of all my financial paperwork in a timely manner. Also, I use the Express Sent Service every month and it’s the most efficient and convenient to send money internationally. I cannot recommend enough this Wells Fargo bank. Thank you!!! 🥰 Very happy customer for the past 10 years!
Difficult to call it a bank branch poor service, bad smell to stay inside, and staffs are not willingness to serve or help you.
