800 number for customer service sucks! You cannot understand what the representative is saying. I had to call back three times to get someone, hoping I could understand them and I still couldn't. The bank made a clerical error and charged me for somebody else's check so it's already an inconvenience for me, then I have to make three calls to the 800 number hoping to get someone who can enunciate English well enough for me to understand. Why are you guys asking patrons if they're US citizens?
Once again, I came to this Wells Fargo in Cody Wyoming and had to wait and wait and wait for service inside the lobby. I finally gave up and went to the drive up where again I am waiting and waiting. Not sure why they can't hire more people to work here but it has happened many times. Almost enough to consider changing my account to Pinnacle bank.
