Once again, I came to this Wells Fargo in Cody Wyoming and had to wait and wait and wait for service inside the lobby. I finally gave up and went to the drive up where again I am waiting and waiting. Not sure why they can't hire more people to work here but it has happened many times. Almost enough to consider changing my account to Pinnacle bank.
Of course the ATM was broken this week, why wouldn’t it be silly? Also, someone in Houston using my atm card now, I cant just pick up the phone and cal the 800 number for this national bank chain, i have to fight with their computer for an hour. Then i cant just leave the phone on speaker and be on hold, because I’m at work and their hold system has to loudly advertise to me. Everything about this bank sucks. Horrid horrid horrid service. No bank tellers no checks for checking accounts, can’t do anything at the drive through... read more
